As ASTAŞ, we have been serving to the garment and ready-to-wear industry with high tech brands and wide variety of the products for 40 years.  Our aim is to offer best suited solutions as per the requirements of the clients through manufacturing process – from fabric to finished product with 30 world-leading brands that we represent.  In our product range, we offer not only the sewing equipments but also the computer aided pattern room and Cutting Room Technology (CAD-CAM systems) that ensure high productivity and efficiency.

We as Astaş develop innovation strategies and technology as per our customers' needs and expectations. We always strive to offer latest technologies and the most suitable product to our customers.

By combining years of experience with knowledge and innovation, we bring our new generation technologies together with the textile and apparel industry.

We aimed to transform our experience and quality understanding, which we have gained thanks to enhanced cooperation with ourJapanese and German partners for 40 years by taking part in such high technology,into "Made in Turkey" stamped value for our country, and we succeeded this. In the begining of 2000, we have developed our own production at sewing automats, special machines and attachments and have concentrated those studies in R&D area for the new products. Within the same time, the items that have been designed due to those innovatotive studies, have been located under an affiliate brand named as ‘ASTRON’.

In addition to all of these, we lately introduced our new brands ‘FOLIOPACK’ in the field of automatic bagging machines ‘MERSMANN’ in the field of automatic spreading machines and LABELMAC in labeling solutions, NORMSTONE  in the field of mask production machines to the garment industry.

We combined the demands of the industry with our technology quickly and produced new technologies.

In this period when our country and the world are going through difficulty, we have produced and continue to produce machines with heat tape bonding technology in the field of technical textiles, protective clothing and equipment with our new inhouse production, BONDEX United.

We as Astaş, offer the first and many innovations to our customers for the textile and ready-to-wear sector, become a solution partner for them with the technology and systems we have developed.Our vision is to provide our customers most effective, sustainable and reliable solutions which we gained with  40 years of experience in the garment industry.
